Payment based on results

Blue Factory offers a wide variety of services for the management and control of websites. Some of them are one-off jobs, others recur periodically. Some assignments are sizeable, others smaller. My aim is to retain this diversity, but not at any price. I want to ensure that the payment process remains transparent so that you always know what you’re paying for.

What do I offer?

Each type of assignment has its own contractual form. I’ve opted for three basic types, which are always appropriate to the work that I do.

Fixed price

We offer a fixed price for one-off activities. Examples include a website that you want converted for a new CMS or to which you want to add new functionality. Setting up a monitoring system is also something that can be done for a fixed price. I base the price on the work that has to be done. That way I can guarantee that I will carry out the work that you pay for, even if it ends up taking more time than I had originally estimated. That is my risk.

If I carry out work for you periodically, I will send you periodic invoices. I will also provide you with periodic reports on the work carried out so that you know precisely what you are paying for, even if you have a subscription. We want to make sure that you are certain that the work agreed in advance has actually been done.

Strip ticket

If you want me to carry out several assignments for you, but are not yet certain about when they are to be completed, you could consider payment using a ‘strip ticket’. Once we have agreed on how many strips my activities will cost, you can decide when each task is to be carried out. This amounts to purchasing management and maintenance hours in advance.

  • 1 strips represents 30 euros, not including VAT.
  • There is no minimum purchase.
  • You get 4 strips free for each 40 strips you buy!

The management of products such as Splunk, NewRelic or ITPS often calls for a different approach. The tool is used centrally at larger companies and can be used by several departments. This means that there is a constant flow of work. Secondment is a good alternative in this case. I will be present at the location for at least 1 day a week to efficiently tackle a wide range of activities. Secondment is payable at a fixed hourly rate. The hourly rate is 85 euros, not including VAT. This includes the travelling expenses and any other expenses.

I want you to be 100% sure of the decision to hire me. If you would like more information about my rates, please feel free to contact me and I’ll be happy to explain it all to you.
